Customization Process

Creating personalized ceramic cups is a seamless and exciting journey designed to bring your vision to life. Follow our straightforward customization process to craft the perfect cups for your needs:

  • Choose Your Cup Style, Color, and Capacity
    • Select from a variety of cup shapes, colors, and sizes to suit your preferences or business requirements.
  • Upload and Customize Your Logo
    • Provide us with your logo in high resolution. Our team will ensure your logo is clear and professional for the best visual impact. If needed, we can offer design assistance to enhance your logo's appearance on the cups.
    • File Requirements: We accept .eps, .ai or PDF logo/artwork. Files must be in vector format.
  • Determine Logo Placement
    • Decide where you want your logo placed on the cup and saucer. We can print artwork anywhere around the mug, on the saucers and inside the mug. This step ensures your branding aligns with your marketing strategy and aesthetic vision.
  • Set Production Timeline
    • Once all details are finalized, we will begin production. Your customized cups will be ready within 7-15 business days, depending on the complexity of your order.
  • Customization Fees
    • Design Setup Fee
      • $25 per color (one-time charge per design).
    • Printing Fee
      • $1.50 per print location per unit.
      • Examples:
        50 units × 1 location × 1 color → ($1.50×50) + ($25×1)= $100.
        50 units × 2 locations × 2 colors × → ($1.50×2×50) + ($25×2)= $200.
    • Volume Discounts
      • Orders ≥ 100 units:
        No printing fees | Design setup fees required.
      • Orders ≥ 500 units:
        No design setup fees | No printing fees.
    • NOTE: Product costs are calculated separately from customization fees.
